chia pudding

Today i want to share a beautiful recipe for a raw chia pudding. This recipe is perfect for everybody who is in a hurry in the morning and just wants to grab a bowl of natural goodness.

Chia seeds are packed with iron, calcium, omega 3 fat acids, antioxidants and are an amazing source of plant protein!!

It will give you a lot of energy and it is so easy to make it your style by just changing the toppings.

For a big bowl of pudding you will need:

– 4 tablespoons of chia seeds

– 1 cup of plantbased milk (i used homemade cashewnut milk!!)

– the skin of one lime

– fresh vanilla

– 2 – 4 tablespoons maple or rice syrup

For the topping you need:

– 1/2 cup of mixed frozen berrys

– 1 small frozen banana

– fresh mint

Simply mix your chia seeds with the plant milk and the other ingredients and let it set for at least three hours.

You can prepare your berry sauce in advance as well. Put your fruits in a blender and blend them until they are smooth. Then store it in the fridge.

In the morning you just need to top your pudding with the sauce and you are ready to go!!

You can also top it with fresh mango, raw cacao nips or just eat it plain..

Bon appétit!!
